Q: May I request an earlier check in time?

A: During this time of COVID we have enhanced cleaning protocols.  Therefore we are unable to give earlier check in times as we do not want to rush our staff, giving them time to be thorough.  Thank you for your understanding

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: In our aim to be as flexible as possible for our guests during this uncertain time of the pandemic.  We are waiving our cancellation fees.   We do, however, ask to receive as much notice as possible (7 days is requested) prior to your confirmed arrival as we are turning away other potential guests.  We do not charge your credit card until the morning of your arrival.  Working together is a way we can all get through this time.  Thank you for your understanding.

Q: Are pets allowed?

A:  As much as we love fur babies.  At this time we do not have pet friendly suites.  Due to allergies for guests and those wanting to escape the barking of neighbourhood dogs we have made the tough decision to not allow pets.

Q:  Are children allowed?

A: As parents ourselves we understand the difficulty in finding childcare.  However, most of our guests that choose to stay with us have come to getaway from little voices.  Therefore we primarily cater to adults only.

About your hosts:

The Journey,

It started with a thought, then a dream, then a reality!!!  We have been on the most amazing ride of our lifetime.  It has brought us to the edge of the "Cliff's of Insanity"...literally!  We are excited to share this adventure with you.

Your Hosts,

Will and Laura Feenstra & family are your hosts.   They have grown up here in the Centre Wellington community and loved it so much they decided to raise their family here.  Will and Laura have four children, and have been married for over 19 years.  Will is a youth counselor; he works along side youth that struggle with anxiety and depression.  He sits with them along the river and guides them through the stress they are dealing with.  Helping the youth to find hope and joy again in their lives.  Laura has an interior design diploma and loves creating atmospheres that people can relax and enjoy themselves in. Combining the passions that both Will and Laura have for youth and couples, they decided to create not just another bed and breakfast to stay at but an experience that their guests can walk away from their property feeling refreshed and inspired in their everyday lives.
