Enjoy the Cozy Atmosphere
The 4 tiny guest homes are intimate in size but large in luxury – all are constructed from recycled 40’ shipping containers renovated to modern guest suites. Each tiny home has a private patio with your own hot tub to relax in. Each suite contains the same amenities however are decorated differently to honour the surrounding towns they are named after. All four tiny homes have been designed to give guests a relaxed yet memorable stay.
The Elora Suite
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY 2 ADULTS
The Elora Suite has been beautifully decorated in an "Elora luxurious and chic" style that reflects the town. Enjoy the spectacular views of the Grand River from your own private patio complete with a Sundance spa hot tub. The amenities of a luxurious inn plus the privacy that makes this a unique romantic getaway. This suite is the fourth container from the parking area.
The Fergus Suite
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY 2 ADULTS
Walking into The Fergus Suite is like walking into an lovely inn in Scotland. The town of Fergus is famous for its Scottish roots and Highland games. We have honoured this heritage by adding touches of velvets and tartans. Sip on a beverage of your choice while watching the wildlife across the river on the protected conservation land. Enjoy the private patio complete with a a Sundance hot tub and BBQ. This suite is the third container from the parking area.
The St. Jacobs Suite
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY 2 ADULTS
The Village of St. Jacobs is a beloved destination steeped in tradition and set in a charming location along the Conestoga River. The St Jacob's suite will take you back to a quieter time. Warm tones of rich wood and black iron create a soothing ambiance that is perfect for some R&R. Step back in time and enjoy the simple things in life. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings while sitting in your very own a Sundance hot tub. Fire up the BBQ and relax. Welcome package includes treats from Picard's Peanuts. This suite is the second container from the parking area.
The Elmira Suite
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY 2 ADULTS
The Elmira Suite will take you to a sweet and simple place. Relax in the charming atmosphere this suite offers you. Enjoy a sample of the local Maple Syrup as you start your day. The town of Elmira is known for bird street names which we have brought into this delightful suite. Sit on your own patio in a Sundance spa and bird watch the conservation land directly across from you. A bird watcher's dream getaway. This suite is the first container from the parking area.

CANCELLATION POLICY
At the time of booking, you will be charged 25% of your reservation fee as a deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable.
If you need your dates to be transferred to another time. Please contact the office 519-829-8758 and we will do our best to be accomodating of that. Subject to availability.
Full Charge - Full Stay - If canceled within 3 days of arrival.
3 days before your arrival date, the remaining balance will be automatically charged to your credit card. At this time 0% of the booking will be refundable.
All prices are subject to HST.
If we have to cancel your booking for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
